Our Homecare aides work from 7am until 10pm, 7 days a week, weekends and legal holidays. Our office hours are from 8:30am until 5:30pm.

Wellness Check
Twice a month Abcor's well trained and professional supervisor conduct a wellness check for all our clients. Wellness check provides a personalized health screen. Supervisor asks "yes no" questions about client's current health condition. The questionnaire was built to gather the proper information about the client's health. If the client answered "no" to any of the questions, supervisor immediately contacts our Home Health Department in order to get quality medical help for the client. We want to make sure that our clients' health is well and they are safe in their homes.
Two Way Receipt Policy
Abcor Home Health employees are required to fill out two way receipt policy. This procedure helps to prevent many issues that may arise during different shopping purposes. Client signs this form confirming how much money (cash) or Link Card was given to Homecare Aide. On the other side of this form, Homecare aide signs how much money was accepted and spent; and what is the change from that amount. Both procedures are signed and initialed by client and field staff. It helps our clients with dementia to remember how much money was given to Homecare aide. It is also an important document for office records.
