Administrative Assistant – Full Time
Job Functions: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative and office support activities for the Human Resources Department (HR) and general operations of the assigned office as a whole. HR support duties primarily focus on clerical tasks supporting the recruitment process of sourcing, screening, verifying, training, and processing applicants and various HR projects. Clerical support for the office primarily involves managing the reception desk (directing incoming calls, voice mail messages, and faxes, and directing visitors), as well as preparing various marketing materials, managing office supplies, and other clerical support for departments as needed.
