ABCOR HOME HEALTH IS CURRENTLY HIRING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN Arlington Heights, ILLINOIS!
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative and office support activities for the Human Resources Department (HR) and general operations of the assigned office as a whole. HR support duties primarily focus on clerical tasks supporting the recruitment process of sourcing, screening, verifying, training, and processing applicants and various HR projects. Clerical support for the office primarily involves managing the reception desk (directing incoming calls, voice mail messages, and faxes, and directing visitors), as well as preparing various marketing materials, managing office supplies, and other clerical support for departments as needed.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and one year of administrative assistant experience are required.
- Knowledgeable of operation standards of office supplies/equipment.
- Knowledgeable of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Solid customer service orientation and teamwork.
- Robust problem solving skills and sound judgment to represent the company.
- Basic competencies include: attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, planning and organization.
- General knowledge of data entry and proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
