Field QA/Supervisor
•Conduct in home supervisory visits daily. •Evaluate homecare aides/Caregivers performance. •Monitor field staff compliance with Following Client’s plan of care. •Evaluate changes in client’s health condition. •Acting as a liaison between agency, client, and caregiver.
