Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the execution of the recruitment process of his/her assigned operational site. The Recruitment Specialist evaluates different recruitment channels and sources and their performance to ensure proper caregiver staffing levels to promote business growth. The Recruitment Specialist investigates opportunities for the introduction of new recruitment strategies within areas with high demand for services. The Recruitment Specialist recommends best performing recruitment channels to be used within approved budget. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the selection, training and placement of homecare aides of his/her assigned operational site, as well as ensures full compliance with federal and state hiring laws and regulations.
