 The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. This position supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives. The Human Resources Manager is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, administrative staff recruitment and retention, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and ensures compliance with personnel regulations governed by DOL, IDOA, IDPH, DHS-ORS, Managed Care Organizations, VA, Medicaid, Medicare and CHAP standards of excellence.
